My love for photography has evolved from my lifelong
interest in traveling. To me, there is nothing more exciting
than going to a new place and then immersing myself in
photographing the area. Over the years, my traveling
pattern changed and I focused more and more to the
natural places. I get mesmerized by the awesome beauty
of nature. It feeds my soul and inspires my vision as a
photographer. Often I return to the same place again and
again to catch the best light that reveals the hidden beauty
of that place.
Born and raised in Bangladesh, I got my real opportunity
for foreign travel when I moved to the United States for
graduate studies. And it was not until I graduated that I
ever laid my hands on an SLR camera. Being an engineer,
I have no formal training in art. I taught myself everything
about camera and photographic art by lots of reading and
practicing with my camera in the field.

From the heights of the Himalayas to the
seacoast of Maine, from the rain forest of
Pacific Northwest to the Alps, I traveled
thousands of miles to capture the
wonders of nature. Let us all work
together to preserve the beauty of this
earth, we call home.
